Better Late Than Never

Okay. So today is Tuesday, July 19th, 2005. It's 11:33 and i'm sitting here, talkin' to bobby and brit on the internet, watching tv, and just trying to organize my thoughts... Hmmm... where to start. Oh! Last night. Last night was my second night on my own as a server. It went fairly well, if i do say so myself. Between 3pm and 10pm i made ,in cash alone, about $70 or $80 bucks. I was like, dang. I was trying to calculate the amount that i made off of credit cards and room charges..Mmmm I think in all, including the cash, it was at least $120-$130 bucks. Yay! Well, U know how i said between 3 and 10 pm? Well, I ended up being there until around 12. I was helping my manager out. Not only is she pregnant, but almost 9 months prgnant. YEah... Man, i felt her stomach the other day and she was having slight contractions. Her stomach was as hard as a rock. Ugh... her face told me everything. She was in pain. MAN i am not looking forward to having kids... AT ALL. All u go through is pain until after everything is said and done. And on top of ALL of that, u carry something in u for 9 months of your life, just getting bigger and bigger. Jesus. It's just now hitting me. Better late than never, right? ANYway, enough of that issue. Quite a few months ago, while i was still in school, bobby and i were talking about how and why i should start selling cds. I thought it was a good idea and all, but i kinda slept on it until now. WEll, it looks like this will be another one of my "side jobs", i guess u could say. MAn, i'm really on the grind, more than ever. Dang. It's all good though. This is what I've been after for so long, and i'm really finally "doing it". I'm still disappointed in myself, that it took me as long as it did. Hmmm..... Ah well. Better late than ever, right?
