Date Auction = Success

Tonight was the date auction and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of it all. First off, I really didn't think Bobby was come, but he definitely showed up and surprised me whole-heartedly. Not only that, but after so many in the audiences bidding on over 30 people, our school raised over $3600 for the American Heart Association. Apparently that's the most that the school has ever raised in one year. I was very pleased to hear that, and to know that i was a part of it. wanna know how much I was worth? Well.... I'll tell ya the whole story!!.... I was originally supposed to be auctioned off by myself, however, Vicki's RA didn't turn in her information for the people editing each person's profile who was to be bid on. so.... she asked if she could be auctioned off with me on a double date. Honestly, I wasn't keen on the idea but I said, "Aw what the hay".... reluctantly. So she goes up there with me and we dance on Chad from down the hall for a quick sec, then finally make our way on the auction block and my, I guess you could say, associate Brendan (at least I think that's his name) buys us for $115!!! I was so surprised and bewildered at the same time. As I looked into the crowd, all I could see were clapping hands, but no faces. The lights were beaming down right at us, and I couldn't see a thing. So finally we got off the stage and walked over to the person who "bought" us. we talked for a little bit, then watched the final three people go up to be auctioned off. When we got back to the dorms, me and robert had the room to ourselves, I changed and we spent some alone time together. We finally had to leave around 12, but we talked for a little bit once he got back to his dorm room. I was happy that I was bought for anything more than 50 bucks, people kept their promises about showing up, and someone didn't act a damn fool!!! HAHAHAHA. Date Auction=Success.
