Christmas Day

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!! It is Christmas day @ 12:30 a.m., and I really didn't feel like getting up today. However, I WAS excited to give everyone their presents. Speaking of prsents, I said I was going to reveal what I got Bobby. Well, for everyone who patiently waited, I bought this Kenneth Cole watch from the Sunglass Hut. That was the most expensive watch I have ever bought in my life. But it's all good. I saw a huge picture of that watch right outside the store, and it caught my eye. Then I decided that that was the one I wanted. Anyway, going back to Christmas Day. I had to wait for my sister to get here an hour ago before me and my family could open any presents. However, she said she would be here BEFORE 11 o'clock. So much for that plan. I got her a few bottles of lotion from Bath and Body Works as well as a few light body sprays and such. She was like, "OHH YES. You don't even know, Shara. Today, I was completely out of lotion in general." The whole time, I was thinking to myself, "That's a damn shame." (lol) I gave my mom HER gift and it was this Jeweled Cross that I ordered, and the movie Mask Of Zorro. For some reason, she's in love with that movie. (Don't ask, 'cause i don't know) And my dad, he's an addict for O'Charley's restaurant so I got him a gift certificate for him and my mom to go there. Oh did I already share that information before? Mmmm... I don't know. Around 2:30 p.m., my girl Whitney called me and asked if I want her to go to Charleston with her and our friend Belinda. I'm like, "Where?" I realized it was only an hour away from St. Louis, but I wasn't really tryin' to be out there all night. Besides, I was going to some of my family's house for dinner at 3:00 'til about six.(at least i thought) And after that, around 6:30 I wanted to go over Bobby's house to meet some more of his family. HA! So much for that plan. This is what ended up happening. My family didn't leave for dinner UNTIL 3:40 somethin', but we got there in about 20 minutes or so. At first I thought to myself, "This'll be okay. I'll still be able to stay on schedule." But no. We were the only people over my cousin's house at the time and we didn't start eating until about 6 or so. And, well, we were there until about 7:40 or later. I was SO upset. By that time, my hopes to make it to my baby's house in time to meet some more of his people were dwindling down. So.. I get home around 8 something and leave straight back out after picking up a few gifts and getting my car. I met another one of his sisters, in just enough time before he had to leave for WoRk. (that's the part that sucked the most) Thing is, I not only wanted to meet more of his family, but also spend some time with him. Ah well. Maybe I'll have some time with him tomorrow. Hope you all had a better Christmas Day than I! (not that it was that bad)
