Exciting Weekend

um... wow. Remember the guy i started talking on the phone with who was 23? Well, we started going out a little while ago. But just made it official like a week or 2 ago. and um, let's just say he took something from me that i can never get bak. yeah, u know wat i'm talkin' about. but, it felt rite and i think that's the most important thing, ya? Well, I've spent the nite out there a few times in the past month and a half. my mom, the other day, asked if there were ne guys trying to talk to me @ school and I was like, "well, not @ school...". and she was like, "what do u mean, NOT @ school." So that's when I clarified that it wasn't ne one @ my college. I tried to tell her a little bit about Bobby( my bf), but I didn't say we were going out. I just said we were talking. Then, I told her his age and she flipped shyt. "No way no how," is basically what she said, to put it in its simplest form. "don't u think that's TOO old for you?" Considering the fact that I'm basically grown and I'm in college and he's in college, I would have to say no. But I was just like, "ok mom. fine." And I left it @ that. I didn't say anything else about it. UNTIL...... my sister was on the phone with my manager, and my manager goes, "So have you talked to ur sister's bf?" And she goes, "what are you talking about?" And that's when she calls my MOM and tells her wat my manager said. Then, just my luck, i decide to stop by the crib after work and my mom starts asking me about it. I'm just like, "mom, what are you talking about. You know my manager is crazy and that he and Sonja(my sis) are old friends." then she lets down her guard and goes,"oh......" But she still had a follow-up question: "You DO think that's too old, don't u?" The last thing I said to her that day (yesterday) was "Yeah, mom, I do." In the inside i felt bad bc i was lying to myself and her, knowing that i didn't really feel that way, but there's nothing i can do. She feels how she feels and i'm not going to argue a case that I don't have. so yeah. that was my exciting weekend. L8er.
